Needing support on creating a new polygon using point bin data and area grid dataset

Hi, I have 2 sets of data. One is income grid (1 square mile area) other is the 50m point bin data showing point locations of potential client addresses. I need support on achieving the following:

- create a polygon from bin data overlaid on income area grid and assign median income value to each of these polygons.

- Polygons can be created based on the density of the clients close to each other
