is there method to save inspector automatically as Pdf file ?

How could i save the output in inspector automatically in pdf file ,

i do not want to click on save Data as and choose the type of file Pdf manuel for every time.

is there a method to save it automatically ?

and also i want to write some legend (as red : way ) at the left down corner for the output in inspector,

How could i achieve that ? Thanks for help

Not through the Data Inspector, but you can set up a workflow in Workbench that uses a PDF writer. You'll need to position your data and other elements on the page using the PDFPageFormatter

"The FME Data Inspector isn’t designed to be a form of GIS or mapping application. It has no all-around analysis functionality, and the tools for symbology modification and printing are rudimentary and intended for data validation rather than producing map output."

Also..I wasnt aware of 'save data as' tool, so I also learned something new
