How to merge polygon based on attribute?

I have a file polygon. There're many attribute in here (E.x: commune, status forest...).

 

And now, i want to merge polygon based on attribute Commune.

 

What  can i used to tool in FME? I used FME 2013.

 

Can you help me? Thanks

Use the Dissovler.
