when i press on the feature the value in the record will increase or decrease by a value which i decide, i have to do it manually.
Is it FME capable to do same thing like mapinfo but in automated process.
Any advice.

If you run all features through the Counter everyone will get their own number (starting from 0 by default, or another value if you prefer). Not sure what you mean by "press on the feature" related to FME - however you can ofcourse increase or decrease the Counter-value if you want to, for instance based on another custom value.
