How can i create autocad blocks without a template file?

So im reading the dwg file to fme, than just want to put it out to elswhere, while converting the elements to an autocad block. The problem is that no matter how i parameter the feature writer, it messes up the output dwg file.

So the elements need to look like this:

But after writing out to the new dwg they look like this mess:

I tried to aggregate the features, in that case this problem doesn't occur, but than i loose all the colors and other attributes, which is not an option.
