Hi all,

I have created a custom coordinate system and placed it in the FME documents directory but I can’t access that in CSMapReprojector transformer. Has anyone dealt with this issue?

Looking forward to your responses.

Thanks

Hi,

I can see my custom coordinate system in the CSMapReprojector.

Are you saying that you know that it has loaded and can see it in the Coordinate System Gallery (Tools → Browse Coordinate Systems), but then can’t see it in that one transformer?

Attached is my LocalCoordSysDefs file which is stored in the CoordinateSystems Folder, and once FME is reloaded, you should be able to see CITM2000 in the Coordinate Systems Gallery (and all other coordinate system based transformers)

Hi todd_davis,

Thanks for your response.

I was missing a step for creating a custom coordinate system using the Define Custom Coordinate tool. Placing that file in the folders worked.

Thanks!
