Can't create FME Flow backup

I am trying to create FME Flow backup in order to upgrade it to the newer version.

Current version is FME Server 2020.2.

I am getting the following error:

Tried many times and cleaned drives a bit. Previous backup was about 100 Mb. So it should be more than enough space for the new backup:

What can be wrong, how I can fix this? Thank you in advance.

Do you have any shared resources that are large? These will likely be getting backed up as part of it

You can see more details here: https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME-Flow/WebUI/Backup-Restore.htm

Yes, thank you. It turned out that we had old data that I didn't notice at first.

Checked FME Server system share folder. On Windows, the default path is: C:\ProgramData\Safe Software\FME Server.

Removed unneeded data and backup was created successfully.
