Question
I want to fill 'missing value' or 'null value' with the last value seen in the field. See image (attached file) of my table attributes. I want to change my values to 1000 and 1001. How to do that not in python? Thanks. Frank

In the attributemanager you can enable Adjacent Feature Attributes, then set a conditional value to:
