I created a space in revit.Then using FMEWorkbench I translate my model into citygml and then convert it to Geodatabase and use it on Arcgis. I used the model proposed here: BIM to GIS (Intermediate) | IFC LOD 300 to LOD 4 CityGML. The result is that I have the Room class as a table and I do not have the space displayed on Arcgis. The space is represented as a Tablenot as a geometry. how should I do to have space as a result.

Have you set Yes to the "Read IfcSpace Geometries" parameter in the IFC reader?
