Automating Excel Tracker on MS TEAMS using FME

When you say that the data is stored in MS Teams, I assume that files are primarily stored in SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

In that case, if it is SharePoint Online then SharePointOnlineConnector and in case of OneDrive, the OneDriveConnector transformer can be used to interact with the data.

From your email, the task of generating statistics appears to be complete.

The appending job can again be done using the above transformers.

For the emailing part, you can explore the Emailer transformer.

You can schedule to run this workspace at fixed intervals.

In addition to the excellent reply from ​@raghavendrans, there is also functionality in Teams that lets it integrate with applications like FME using webhooks:

This can be very useful for notifications, etc.
