I’m experiencing issues with searching for a path for a PDF. Unfortunately, the process is extremely slow and seems to be stuck at this message. Could you please advise on how to proceed?

How large are the folders you’re trying to scan? Is it a network drive or a local drive?
That message suggests that the process is still scanning the directories trying to find all the pdfs.
