In a workspace I use an AttributeCreator transformer to calculate a large number of conditional values:

At some point during development a number of attribute names changed (for a good reason).

That showed me some "Incomplete transformers".

But this transformer does not give me any information where to find the issue.

You have to go into "Conditional Values", then into the Test Clause and in my case into a large number of Text and Arithmetic Editors to find the issues.

And I missed one and had to re-check all again.

It would be great if this upper level (shown in the image) would tell me where the issue is (by coloring the field red as in other transformers).

Would you be able to send us this workspace @erik_jan -- I agree that we should flag this better.

Even better would be to return name of missing attribute(s) and provide an option to replace all occurences with a valid attribute

I have the same issue with warning in the XMLTemplater, I have no idea what (sub)template they are in and need to check them all individually. See https://knowledge.safe.com/idea/34459/improve-indication-of-invalid-attributes-in-the-xm.html

I have received information from Safe that this has been fixed in FME 2017.1 (PR75909 )

Thanks for the quick support!
