How to do when I want to create roof shape from dsm data (tiff image) and outline2D(shapefile)?
I can only do LOD1. I want to know if I can use data such as slope to create LOD2?

There are no single transformers which will help you here I'm afraid. This would be a challenging process to do with FME I think.

Typically LOD2 models are created with specialist software tools. One example that I know of is Building Reconstruction which can do a lot of buildings in an automated way.

It is a tool produced by our company. There are other tools out there for sure but I wouldn't recommend FME for trying to make LOD2 models.
