How to compare count of source query and target table and load data if counts are different.

Hello Friends, I am new to FME, and I have a requirement to create a simple workflow. My requirement is as below.. 1. Get a count of rows from a source table ( in oracle) 2. Get a count of rows from a Target table ( in oracle). 3. If sourcen and target counts are different, then load Source table to target ( Truncate target table before loading.) How do I do it? what are the trasnformations I need to user. Could someone send me more detailed canvas pictures As soon as possible. Thank you for your help in advance.

I created a workspace that shows how to do this.
