Hello @hamdyahmed14 ,

There are a couple of reasons why FME may not be registering that you have ArcGIS installed.

Are you using 32-bit FME or 64-bit FME? If you are using 64-bit FME, you will have to installed ArcGIS 64-bit Background Geoprocessing. This will allow FME to interact with ArcGIS's libraries. Alternatively, you could install 32-bit FME which would not require the ArcGIS 64-bit Background Geoprocessing.

Secondly, confirm your ArcGIS and FME are both licensed correctly.

Let me know if that does not solve the issue!
