I know that there is a writer that writes, updates or replaces data in availible layers. Is it possible to write multipatch also? Second question; is it possible to create new layers in AGOL from FME?

Currently it only seems to be possible to write MultiPatches through FME using the i3S writer. New services containing multipatches can be published from ArcGIS Pro and ArcScene. You'll have to create a new scene than and a Feature Class is created that contains the MultiPatches. Currently it does not seem possible to manage these services through FME.
It is possible to create new services through FME. When you add the Writer, you'll have to set the name in the parameter window in stead of selecting an existing service.
