Hello I have a workspace that uses a FeatureWriter to output a series of images that are then used in a validation report.

In the workspace the images are being stored on my local drive. How do I get the images to be created / stored on the Cloud Server?

I think I found the solution but would be happy to understand if there are other ways.

Hi, @deanhowell2009. You got it, using the resource directories would be the best way. Note, you can pair this with the system cleanup (https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Server_Documentation/WebUI/Cleanup_Files.htm) to ensure you don't fill your disk up.

Thanks @stewart.harper, that tip is very much appreciated.

I would like to add that in the original situation, so with a local path being used, FME Cloud will happily try and write stuff there, not succeed in that obviously but also not "fail" the workspace. This has hit me on the nose several times in the past...
