Moving data to/from ArchiCAD (from Graphisoft)

Has anyone experience with moving data to/from ArchiCAD (https://www.graphisoft.com/archicad/) ?

Seems to be easiest to work with IFC or SKP for buildings. But havent found the easiest way to work with terrain-data for import/export yet. It seems incapable of importing terrain-data without generating the terrain all over again - but that might be just because I dont know the software :)
