Microstation dgn element type complete list ?

I am looking for a complete list with descriptions of all the element types available in a microstation dgn file please.

 

 

I have read the FME Readers and Writers 2012 documentation for dgn files and there are element categories with some element type values (IGDS Element Type) on page 404 but I am looking for a complete list with a basic description for each value.

 

 

For instance type 33 is a dimension that is not included in the list on page 404 but is described on page 459, and type 53 is also a type of dimension but there is no description as to what subtype of dimension it is.

 

 

Is a complete list for both V7 and V8 dgn files available somewhere ?
