I need to create a single shapefile file involving the 3 polygons like the one in the image below, how can I do it?

You can try to use the transformer Dissolver.

Dissolver help me if I have geometries that touch, in the case mentioned geometries are displaced.

Tested, but it also does not help me, you need to create an engaging way of the two areas of interest, automatically
