Want to find an equivilent to autocad_layer_plottable attribute for DGN files to check if a level has plot turned on.

Is there a way to see if a particular DGN level has plot turned on, can see in DWG autocad_layer_plottable attribute that works for DWG but can't find equivilent for DGN?

I checked the DGN Reader/Writer documentation (as you probably did too) and I don't think such an attribute exists.
