How to define some values in Excel Header with attributes?

Hello,

 

I create a workspace from DWG to an Excel File with a Template File.

 

 

I fullfill columns CODE, X, Y and Numero.

 

 

I wish to complete in the header the values below with attribute I have from a Block in DWG :

 

 

- N° mesurage

 

- Affaire(s)

 

- Commune de

 

- Section

Can you help me to make this or can you give me an other way?
