After upgrading to FME 2020, I went ahead and changed my password. I entered it into my password keeper, copied it from there into FME, and confirmed the change. However, that password didn't stick in my password keeper. So I am unable to login to FME web interface. Is there a way to reset the password?

If you didn't enable the reset password option or have another account with admin privileges I think you're out of luck and need to do a reinstall.
Thanks @redgeographics. Unfortunately as soon as I changed the password, it asked to sign in, at which point I wasn't able to. My connection with Active Directory was also lost. I had another admin account via Active Directory, but wasn't able to use it. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure that my complicated password was first saved in our password keeper software.
