File Not Being Written

This must be a simple one but I’m stumped.  I just started with FME Server and I want to include some documents with the zip file that downloaded by the user.  I have a workspace that grabs an ArcOnline image and saves it as a JPEG in a folder.   In the same workspace is a datafile reader/writer pair that copies a file (found via UNC path on the server) to the same folder as the image.  When I run the workspace on my desktop I get both the image and the doc but when I publish to Server I only get the image.  Any one able to guess what I’m missing?

By the way - are you using FME2013 SP2 ? If not I would suggest to upgrade to it - because it handles filename/paths better than FME2013 SP1 according to my experience.
