I have data that was imported into PostGis and now I am exporting back to the DWG but I am not able to resubmit the texts. If you use the TextAdder it only exports the text, even though the parameters are KEEP for geometries. Can you help me?

The TextAdder works as designed,

According the help:

Existing Geometry Specifies whether to keep the existing geometry, or replace it with a point. If Keep is specified, it is unlikely that the resulting feature will be usable with most writers, unless the geometry was originally a point.

You can try a LabelPointReplacer in a second stream to add texts to the geometries
