Building Spaces from walls

Hi All,

I'm having trouble with developing room polygons from walls for a building from an autocad file. The difficult part is snapping lines together. I have a workflow, but it only completes about 50% and the rest will not budge. Attached is the workbench along with the CAD file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
