When running FME Desktop and set the Scripting to Esri Python 3.6+ or other Esri Python version and adding an PythonCaller or PythonCreator the workbench fails and gives an error.
This bug seems to be related with Windows removing all Icons form the Start Menu.
Reinstalling ArcGIS Pro seems to fix the problem.

So reinstalling ArcGIS Pro seems to be the solution.
Have to mention:
Using
Microsoft Windows 10
FME 2012.2.6
ArcGIS Pro 2.9.6
More colleagues have this problem. But all had icons removed from the Start Menu related to the Windows Defender bug. So it seems more than just icons are removed by the bug.
