I'm just wondering if there's an impact on performance having multiple automations running constantly. They are triggered by a schedule within the automation to run once per day.

I would say that there would be no perfromance impact on having multiple automation's running. Bearing in mind, an automation "running" is more like it is "enabled" it will only run when the trigger conditions are met
