I have an FME Flow automation set up triggered by a survey123 submission. When i submit a survey from survey123 on my computer it works fine and runs the automation. When submitting from my mobile device however nothing comes through, the automation doesn’t run.
Any help would be much appreciated, cheers.

- Are you in AGOL or Enterprise Portal?
- When successful, are you located within your organization’s intranet
- Is your FME Flow SSL enabled?
- In the app, Are you required to submit, Submit later, Sync, etc?
- Is the survey in the app up-to-date. You may need to download the survey again if you have made changes in the survey design.

I am working Enterprise, I think the issue is that the automation is currently running on the development server and not on our production server which would have wider access permissions. Access to the dev server is only through our network hence being able to send via computer which is connected and not via phone. Will test it out next week once set up. Survey app is up to date and users just submit as they go.
