I believe FME can't read those. See the Formats Matrix.
You can add it to the Idea list.

I know the Format Matrix, thx. I thought that maybe there are some FME users who are also familiar with 4D software and could help with some workarounds here. I will suggest that reader as an idea if I will be force to work with this data more often.

Unfortunately, I am not able to share the data (client data), but if I will get a "sample" that can be published, I will do so. For now, I found a workaround extracting data from there with SQL queries to MS SQL Server
