Unable to log in to Web User portal

As the subject line states… This is a fresh installation of FME Server v 2019.1.2 Build 19630.

I enter U: Admin P: Admin and it takes me right back to the login interface.

The installation docs online state the following:

 

Confirm that FME Server is available:

Log in to the Web User Interface with the username and password you entered during installation.

There was no prompt to enter a user name and password during installation.

 

FME Server is installed on a Virtual Machine - Windows 2016 Server

 

Any help would be great

Are you trying Admin/Admin or admin/admin? It should be the latter.

The FME Server 2019 are case sensitive.

Have you tried admin/admin as those are the default settings?

The browser was the issue - IE 11.

I switched to Chrome and was able to log in.

Hi @wahahn,

When you opened FME Server's Login page through IE had the page also failed to load correctly, that is, missing text and login button not fully visible? If so I believe IE Security settings are at play, by adding your machines IP address to IE trusted sites you should be able to use IE browser to access FME Server.
