Question

Writing annotation

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to write to an Annotation Class in a File GDB. I've figured how to write correctly the text I'm reading from coverage input data, but when reprojecting in ArcMap all my labels won't reproject.

Is there a way to write annotation that can be reprojected normally using ArcMap?

Thanks,

Hi,

There should be no problem reprojecting annotation, are you sure that the text you are writing is correctly written as  annotation ?

Hi,

also make sure that the output feature class has a defined coordinate system. You can use ArcCatalog and go to the feature class' Properties dialog to verify this.
