Workspace process just stopping at 19%

I’ve been trying to process IFC data and convert it into a GDB format, however when running it will just stop processing at 19%. The workspace as worked with other IFC datasets but with a few of them it will stop at random arbitrary percentages too.

Has anyone run into this issue before and is there a solution?

Hi @williamlin98 Is the Feature Cache enabled? If yes, please - turn off and try run again.

How long have you let it sit for?

Are the files you’re seeing this happen on particularly large? It could be that its taking some time to read in data from the next feature type.

Have you tried enabling Debug logging in Form? This may give you some more information as to what’s going on

I already ran this with Feature Cache turned off. It seems to get to a random percentage and then the workspace is just no longer running as indicated by the “Run” button showing up again instead of the usual “pause” or “stop”.

I dont let it sit because I can see the process has stopped because of the “Run” appearing instead of the usual “pause” or “stop” that are there when the workspace is running.

The last 4 lines of the debug log gave this as an error:

In the end I just got rid of the Hull Replacer and it started working for other things. Then I ran into the issue of 2DForcer creating the “FME Success = Badluck” where I turned the Debug mode back on and it just started working again. Odd stuff.
