Unable to remove user role

Hi,

 

I´m trying to remove a Active Directory user role from the user roles menu.

 

But hhe user role are still there:)

 

What  am I doing wrong?

I'd be inclined to send this through to Support along with the version of FME Server in use.

 

 

Things I would try though are:
  • Add a new Active Directory user role and then delete it
  • Add a non Active Directory user role and then delete it
  • Ensure that the users assigned to the role are either deleted or reassigned to another role before deleting the role.
  • Ensure that the role to be deleted isn't associated with any Resources in the Resources tab.
  • See if Restarting the FME Server and Web Server helps
