We have come across this error as well. We did some investigation found that it only happened to a few workbenches. These workbenchs had a parameter which was named "Token". Once this was renamed the workbench ran with no errors. Have a look in the workbench to see if there could be a reserved word as a named parameter that FMEServer may use.
