Texturing building model with point cloud

Hello,

 

I can't seem to find an question/answer or an article about texturing buildings models with a point cloud. Is this possible to do in FME?

The idea is to create a building model from a point cloud and assign texture from the same point cloud in order to achieve a realistic model.
