SmallworldWriter Error: Primitive a chain.all_intersections failed status 1376267(0,21,11) Too many intersections

Hi,

 

 

I have been trying to import streets(ESRI shape) to Smallworld PNI, last time I tried to import this kind of file and I had no problems(now it is the same file but with some upgrades). the message is:

 

 

SmallworldWriter Error: Primitive a chain.all_intersections failed status 1376267(0,21,11) Too many intersections

 

 

What does this mean?
