This is always difficult, a general GIS data issue, not FME related.
You can try the tips described at https://ihatecoordinatesystems.com/#correct-crs.
Are these perhaps swiss coordinates? If yes, then it should be as easy as looking at one of the coordinates
MN95: Easting > 2'000'000
MN03: Easting < 1'000'000
WGS84: Easting <= 360
