I want to convert a dgn file to a gdb. The information of the cell color and the line width and the style are lost in the process. For example the colur of the cells are suddenly white and the line style is different. Can I put a dgn seed file and a dgn cell library on the reader to keep the information?

Hi @aharport ,

The Geodatabase format does not contain styling information/symbology. You could try using an Esri Layer file or package to provide styling information. If you want styling information to be provided with the data, you may need to consider writing to another format to support storing styling information with the data, such as KML. There is an example article you can follow here: https://community.safe.com/s/article/basic-kml-example-kmlstyler-tab-to-kml

Hope this helps!

Kezia
