Hi All,

I'm facing some odd behaviuor with the AttributeFilter, Tester, TesterFilter. The screenshot below shows that my data includes 'g2a' values in the attribute table but I filters that value in any of the transformers cited above the values doesn't show up?

FME_4

Here is another snapshot of the AttributeFilter (unfiltered) after importing all values From Feature Cache:

FME_5

Why does it go into the Unfiltered values?

Any idea more than welcome 🙂

Thanks

What is the full value? Does it contain newlines?

Can you create an FFS of this record zo I can try and reproduce? FeatureWriter --> FFS.

Its working fine for me in 2022.2.0.0 and 2023.1.1.1.

are you using begins with, contains, or regex to filter?

Thanks for looking into it @hkingsbury I have just tested in FME(R) 2018.0.1.1 (20180615 - Build 18312 - WIN64) and works fine! i love these bug issues from time to time :). The only thing I can do is upgrading to 2023.

Anyway, thanks for checking guys
