loading electronic navigation chart
It is very useful to load charts through FME, but failed to load a chart which has the size of 28MB. Do you have an experience to load a chart with a big size ? How big is acceptable in FME ?

It would be a lot easier to help if you could please specify precisely which FME format your chart is.
Although, on a general basis, I would say that 28MB is a moderate size for FME, so I'd be surprised if that were to cause a problem.
Which error message are you getting in the log?

Do you mean S-57 files ?
Loading ENC since 6 years without problems ?
What is your data provider ?

Thanks for your comment that the size is not a problem. The chart is based on WGS84,UTM.
I run FME module which is built in MakaiPlan software.
