Is their any way to write to a noSQL cassandra database.

At the moment, it's not officially supported. There's an existing request (PR#26248) - and I have added a link to this thread and increased the priority - although as yet there's no target date.

However, we do have a JDBC format reader and writer, so if you managed to find a JDBC driver to Cassandra it's possible you could connect FME that way. If you try that and experience any problems, do let us know and we can investigate some more.
