How to export Point Cloud data to Oracle

I'm having trouble while trying to export point cloud file (.LAS file), FME is showing the error "Oracle version '' does not support point cloud data. Please use Oracle 11g and above",even though we are using 11g. Please help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.

From what I remember you need Oracle Enterprise (no Locator) to use the specific 3D data types. I'm not sure this is the problem here, but might be worth a check.
