I have two points inside a polygon (blue line in fig). From each point I want to find the shortest line to the polygone (nearest point on polygone line). The NeigborhoodFinder do'nt act the way I expect (red line in fig). How do I do this?

I suspect you just need to tweak the neighbourhood finder settings, as it works as expected for me. Can you post the summary annotation details for your neighbourfinder?
