Question
Creating data shift vectors
Hello all .... I am considering adpoting a different cadastral base to our existing base and will need to spatially move other spatial vector layers (which currently align with the existing cadastre base) to align with the new cadastre. I am hoping FME Desktop can assist. Iwas wondering if anyone can advise or provide what transformers and process I would need to use.
