Continually loading WMS image as background in Inspector

Dear community,

 

 

is there a way to load an Web Map Service continually in the Inspector (which contains aerial photos)? It only loads one image for a specific extent , but it does not reload the image when I zoom in or out.

 

 

Can this be achieved in the current Inspector? When I load it as background service (under Tools), it doesn't show any image (proxy is set).
