Hi, I want to download data from our companys ArcGIS online account.

We have guys in the field editing, I want to download their field work, process it, post it back for them to review.

I am not familiar with both "getting" and 'posting" data sources on the web or the lingo eg REST, SOAP etc.

I tried the WFS reader and couldnt get the correct settings. Any help aimed at a novice would be much appreciated

No experience with ArcGIS online at all. However I found their REST API, but I`m sure you have already looked at that?
