Anyone know how to fix an invalid mesh? (non-manifold mesh)

I have a mesh example which I'm trying to simplify with the MeshSimplifier. When using certain different Settings I get either a mesh or a rejection message.

In the attached example the mesh passes when using 0.5 as the Relative simplification amount. When set to 0.2 I get an invalid mesh. Also when using the result form the MeshSimplifier.

Can anyone tell if my mesh is invalid or if this is just FME behaving badly? If it is the mesh does anyone know if there is a way to fix it?

Hi @virtualcitymatt,

This appears to be a problem in the simplifier, so I have created a problem report for you (FMEENGINE-57747). I will notify you as soon as it is fixed.
