Good morning.

I am trying to use some polygons to filter some points and lines.I also want to use the polygons as "Areas of Interest", meaning that I want to clip the geometries--points and lines- to match each polygon and exclude the geometries-points and lines-  that are outside of the polygons. So far I have tryed the  clipper but that only seems to work with polygons. I need something lile a cookie cutter.. Is there such a thing? Any suggestions?

 Thanks

Hi

It does sound like the Clipper is what you want. Send your polygons into the Clipper port and your points/lines into the Clippee port.

You are correct David,  I tried it again and for some reason it worked. the first time I used it, the clipper sent all of the needed data through the "Rejected" port. I wonder if changing the reader helped. I was reading CAD data..
