Hi

Sure, that is possible, although "XML" is a very broad topic... Either use the generic XML writer or, for more control, use the XMLTemplater transformer. FME also has several, format-specific XML-based writers, such as for KML and Inspire, so you might want to see if your needs are covered with those, it'll probably save you a lot of work.

Unless you need the output to conform to a specific schema (xsd), I recommend you start with the "Generate workspace" functionality in FME and take it from there.

This is a good starting point
